This came over as an IRSLA ticket and it was returning the "No PMI Error". Previously we thought this was tied to the "No Wholesale Rates" issue but not in this case. After getting pricing in my live account for this scenario I figured out that they had a pricing restriction in their account that was restricting pricing for FAMC when DTI was > 45% - 50%. This should be returning the "Administrator Restriction" message...Correct?
IRSLA ticket may have been avoided if the correct error message was displayed.
