Some clients, such as Home American, have requested that we have a setting to suppress the lock notifications emailed to the LO, after locking a loan via Encompass. They already have a message coming from Encompass, once the loan is locked in Encompass, which is their required workflow. It causes confusion for the LO, who receives multiple notifications. The lockdesk should still receive the notices, regardless of how the LO is set up.
