The PDF export is working intermittently and there is no way for us to troubleshoot this consistently, so if we could build in a way to capture the return message to Encompass to make sure it is being sent by us properly and received on the Encompass side as expected.
70+ customer are potentially effected by this issue. The functionality worked for a while but stopped working on a regular basis. We need to determine if this is an issue with Encompass or on our side. Was something changed that caused this issue?
