Add lead data to lead post failure emails

MLOA occasionally receive emails from us when one of their leads fails to post to Velocify.  This is typically the result of a connection error with Velocify, and comes over with the following info: 


From: Marksman Monitor Sent: Saturday, June 11, 2016 2:34:37 PM (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada) To: mortechalerts Subject: Unable to post lead data

The following error occured while attempting to post lead to SLX: Connection reset


They would like to see more specific information regarding the attempted post, such as tracking ID or prospect name.  This would allow them to push the lead again manually by changing the status, without much research effort.
