Create Tracking for Prospect Exports

Currently, we delete records from the ProspectDistributionQueue as soon as there is a successful export.  I would like to modify this so we can see a history of what was exported for each customer and what endpoint items were exported to.  This will help us understand customer workflows and how much data we are routing out of our system.  This will allow us to explore new partnership opportunities with these third parties leading to stronger integrations and potentially more revenue.

    Would need to look at a quick solution and then a long term solution for revamping the prospect distribution que.

    Additional Notes that may be of assistance:

    • Currently all prospect Exports are pushed to the prospectDistributionQueue for processing
    • When the record is picked up for processing there are 2 outcomes
      • Record processed successfully.  Record is deleted from the database.
      • Record errors out and stays in table for retry
    • Rather than delete the record, we would like to have the record details moved to a different table.
    • The details we would like to capture include:
      • Unique ID (Must Have)
      • P App ID (Must Have)
      • P App Status (Must Have)
      • Lead source at time of export (Must Have)
      • Success Status (Could have)
      • Destination URL (Must Have)
      • Distribution Rule Used (Should Have)
      • Data added to distribution Queue (Should Have)
      • Date time processed to Distribution Queue (Must Have)

    May have a corresponding DWQ or MOPS ticket.  Theresa is looking into this further.
