When exporting an Archived rate it's changing the lock expiration date

When a customer goes into Encompass and revises a lock, accesses Archived rate search and makes changes, once the new archived rate is exported it is changing the lock expiration date. The expiration date should not change as they are not re-locking they are simply revising due to a CIC.

    BOB Notes:

Josh to check with Kensey Mae to see if they can ignore the lock-in day in the export.

How do we determine if this is the second time going through?  Archive should equal existing.  See if Kensey Mae can provide an answer to this and if there are any costs associated with it.  If they can't change this, we are going to have to figure it out.

This has been more noticeable recently with the push for archive pricing.  There is a manual work around - customer can update the date - but this leaves room for human error.
