Cash out refi does not have a field mapping in Calyx Point integration

When pricing a cash out loan through Point, users are having to manually update the loan type to cash out in Marksman (via integration) because the cash out purpose is not mapped.  This is related to DWQ-12280

DWQ-12280 (and QA ticket DWQ-12419) mentioned other issue that need to be addressed:

    Per Justin Seeba:

"There are still pre-existing issues that we do not have a solution for at this time. In the video attached to the parent ticket, the client mentions something about the down payment being populated for refi loans, which "causes an issue on the transaction sheet." Nothing was mentioned about this in the acceptance criteria so no changes were made. The issues between the R/T and C/O refinance loans can be mitigated if all loan purpose changes are first made in Calyx before being sent to Marksman. Changing the purpose to a R/T or C/O refi in marksman does not always translate to the correct loan purpose in Calyx because of existing holes in the field mappings between the 2 systems. For this ticket, a change was made so if Marksman is sent a C/O Refi from Calyx, then it will now send that loan purpose back as C/O Refi, and not change it to a 'Purchase' as it did previously."

We may need another BOB ticket to address the 1st issue mentioned in the comment.  Please review and address if necessary.

This is for the issue of C/O loans not pushing to or pushing from Marksman.  Since there is no field mapping for C/O loans the BOB ticket cannot fix this issue.  All C/O loans are treated as R/T loans through the integration.  If this customer brings up the first issue to me I will create a BOB ticket for this.
