SoftVu is sending previously funded leads to us on behalf of mutual customers, and would like updated pricing to go to Velocify, upon receipt of the lead. However, the LT XML export type, used for all Mortech lead posting to Velocify, allows pricing only for the LendingTree lead source. This was previously discussed in DWQ-518, but the cost was more than what MLOA wanted to spend at the time. SoftVu would like to know the cost, as it may make sense to them to pay for the work. This is likely to expand to NBKC, HomeDirect, CapWest, and others. Right now, without pricing, these leads are sent only to Velocify, and then repriced using our XML pricing call. We are missing lead revenue, and SoftVu feels there is a margin for error when pricing is not sent from us upon lead posting.
More information needs to be gathered from Josh. He's been in talks with some of the companies listed here. We may be able to gather some additional information for this ticket.
