I have been speaking to Northpointe Bank (Heavy Zillow user) on the CRM piece they use with us for Marksman. One complaint that they have is that they will get multiple Zillow leads daily and the rates quoted does not show what point bucket it came from.
With more and more Zillow accounts signing up with Mortech this year, I think this would be a key part of information to have for LO's using our system and managing their leads.
May be a part of a larger project with how we are handling these leads from Zillow.
What is Zillow sending us? Are we recording it or not?
