Client Managed Investor Credentials

This not a client request but a potential enhancement to our system.

Should we have an area within Marksman that our clients can maintain and mange investor specific credentials? FNMA and FHLMC (and I am sure others) have required that only valid users be created for each company and this would allow us to assign the responsibility back to the client for password changes.

I feel this could be handled within our current investor page today or could be handled within a newly created page.

Per my discussion with Guardian Mortgage, this is how OB currently handles passwords for FNMA.

Chase, SunTrust, SunWest, Stearns, Provident, Ditech are also customer logins we request and use to download.

    PH Meeting Summary:
-Vital in order for us to continue to support FNMA from a compliance standpoint
-Could be part of the initial setup/onboarding process instead of us asking for the information
-Start as a report that feeds us investor credentials?
-Would be helpful from a investor management so we wouldn't have to depend on one single customer for credentials
