We are already pulling the information that the restriction is due to an "administrator restriction" and should pull the name or names of the actual restriction(s) blocking the pricing. This should be a quick update in the info being pulled and will dramatically cut down on research time for support. Without knowing which it is you have to sift through the restrictions in place and not all actually display an error. Lock day and DTI are newer and do not trigger the error of "admin has pricing restricted" and just gives a generic no pricing available. The example below is just for this accounts Chase investor and only displaying "pricing restrictions" and it still pulls 92 restrictions to figure out which one it is blocking that scenario.
